We guarantee that our beef is never given any growth hormones at any time and never is given any antibiotics, steroids, animal by-products or additives of any kind. We use only proven, licensed resources for alfalfa, hay and corn.  

Our cattle are raised on Oklahoma native pastures and we strive to consistently provide Prime and Choice cuts that are tasty and healthy. 

We practice low-stress humane animal handling combined with holistic range management practices.  This is important because reducing the cattle's stress is very important as far as the quality of the meat goes, in addition to the fact that the cattle are pleasant to be around when quiet and calm. If they were to be stressed, the adrenaline could toughen the meat to the point that no aging process would fix the damage. 

Aside from the fresh tasting beef, the health benefits of natural beef are numerous – studies have shown that lean beef is low in cholesterol, fat and calories, and rich in vitamin E and C, beta-carotene and Omega 3. In fact, a study by Penn State University found that a daily dose of lean beef is good for the heart and helps decrease the LDL cholesterol in the blood.
