All beef purchased in 1/4th (quarter), 1/2 or whole beef sizes only. Delivered double wrapped and frozen as shown above.
Consider the size/age of who you are feeding regularly. Purchase for a one year supply. A quarter of beef should feed a family of three for one year, considering other items added to your meals, such as chicken, fish, salads etc.
Step 2. Beef costs $5.50/lb.
Place your "Reservation Deposit" on your beef below. Take the whole amount & divide based on your desired portion to find appx. weight. (Natural beef "hanging weight" typical 800-900 lbs) *Remember the hanging weight is all meat and bones available for consumption after processing. There will be a Kill Fee from the processer in the range of $5 to $20 based on the quantity you purchase as well as a per lb. processing fee of .80 cents for the processing itself.
Step 3. If ordering a half or more, call to go over your custom cutting order Cutting Order @ CCC Ranch or 405-830-8401. (Digital file below.) This goes directly to the processing plant with your beef. (We will explain options and you can pick the ground meat package size, steak thickness, roast size, etc. and we help you understand the options and why.)
Step 4. Pay your invoice one month prior to delivery. (If special delivery is needed, contact us.)
